40代男性、歯茎下がりが心配で来院されました。

結合組織移植【CTG】とは、歯肉の固く骨についている部分（結合組織）のみを移植する術式のことで、歯肉の色を元の部位の色のまま移植できることがメリットです。

A man in his 40s came to our clinic with concerns about gum recession. We performed a connective tissue graft (CTG) procedure, and after just one treatment, his gums were naturally restored.

Connective tissue grafting (CTG) is a surgical technique where only the connective tissue (the firm, bone-attached part of the gum) is transplanted. A key benefit of this procedure is that the gum color from the original area can be preserved during the transplant. Gum recession or thinning not only affects appearance but also increases the risk of cavities and other complications, making treatment necessary. However, this procedure requires advanced diagnostic skills and techniques, so very few dentists are qualified to perform it.
